Returns & Refunds policy

At FMaars Co., we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, we have outlined our returns and refund procedures below.

Return and Refund Eligibility

  1. Returns for Clothing & Accessories: Clothing and accessories must be returned in their original condition. The labels must not be removed, and the items should be unused and unworn.

  2. Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

    • Opened cosmetics, perfumes, or any other cosmetic products.

    • Goods that have been personalized or made to your specifications.

    • Items that are perishable, or have expired.

    • Goods that are opened or unsealed, particularly for health and hygiene reasons (such as cosmetics or underwear).

  3. Return Request Deadline: Returns must be requested within 2 weeks from the date you received the item(s). We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

  • Risk of Return Shipment: You are responsible for the return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable and insured mail service. We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost during the return shipment.

  • We are unable to process a refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

  • In the case of gifts, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased, a gift credit will be issued to you for the value of the returned goods.
